Frances Marion, Fred Thomson, and silver king

Frances Marion (1888-1973) was a screenwriter, whose credits included min and Bill, the champ, and Camille. Fred Thomson (1890-1928) was an athlete, Presbyterian minister, and western movie star. He died of tetanus on 12-25-1928 after stepping on a nail. Fred relinquished the ministry after marrying the twice-divorced Frances. Silver king was his 🐎.Fred Thompson always wanted to portray a good example to his young fans. I learned this from reading the girls in the picture by Melanie Hauser.
