Mark's vocabulary words

There is always a lesson to learn when you watch “The Rifleman.” There is no better teacher for Mark than his father, Lucas McCain. Lucas teaches Mark from “The Bible” and from experience. Sometimes the lessons are hard ones and at times rather easy ones. They are still lessons learned! Let’s discuss the lessons learned in each episode. “Every lesson you learn makes you a better partner.” “Just remember the lessons!”

Let's name some new words mark learned. I'll start with the most famous or infamous one. In Eddie's daughter, Mark learned what a hussy is.

That was the Woman from Hog Ridge.

"You know Mark, darn gone if your not a born psychologist,” Lucas stated.

I guess that got his curiosity going! Mark suddenly turned to Pa. "A-What's that?"

"Well it's a new kind of doctoring, where they talk to people…uh…well, they try to straighten out there thinkin'. You know, if it's wrong. Like you talked to Ma Boyle.”

"Psy-clo--g-psy.....” Mark tried saying it a few times. Suddenly frustrated, he stated, “I may be one, but I'll never be able to pronounce it!”

This wasn't new, but Mark did have trouble pronouncing it.....

In The Execuitioner, Mark says Arkansas right the first time. The second time he says ArKansas.
