I like this episode for many reasons, one is we hear a little bit of history about Mark & Lucas before coming to North Fork.
George Macready does an excellent job as Judge Zephaniah Burton who was out for revenge.

Re: #6 Eight Hours to Die
thats a good point. I also love episodes where we get some 'back story' about Lucas and Mark and their travel west
also like Cold Hard Cash where we hear Mark was sick and this was Lucas first time nursing a 'sick Mark' since Margaret died and also in Old Man Running we about life
before North Fork
what are some of the other episodes??

Re: #6 Eight Hours to Die
Did you catch the inflection in Lucas's voice when he tells about what happened with Judge Burton's son? Lucas says the powers that be wanted Ephraim brought back alive and relatively well. Lucas's tone says he had other ideas.
Re: #6 Eight Hours to Die
Lucas severely injured Ephraim Burton's leg. Judge Burton tells Mark Lucas broke his ankle.
Re: #6 Eight Hours to Die
Is this a what might happen or what might have happened episode? Ephraim Burton gets drunk and kills and injures people. Mark is being careless and showing off and accidentally kills his friend Charlie.
